Assemblin strengthens group management team

As previously announced, Petter Håkanson took over as Group CEO of Assemblin on 1 June after 12 years at installation company Bravida in charge of business development, IT and communications. Now Assemblin is strengthening its group management team further with two new members with industry experience.

Philip Carlsson has been appointed CFO. Philip holds a degree in business and economics and is currently CFO at Coromatic, the leading Nordic supplier of data centres and secure power solutions. He worked previously at EY (Ernst & Young) as a financial consultant on acquisitions and restructurings, and before that as an accountant. Philip will start no later than December, taking over from acting CFO Elisabeth Mattisson who will stay with the company for a period.

Åsvor Brynnel has been appointed Communication Manager. Åsvor is currently Head of Communications and Sustainability at Coor Service Management, a leading Nordic provider of facilities management services. She holds a degree in business and economics and has worked as communications director at a number of listed companies in the property sector, and before that as an adviser on financial communications. Åsvor will also start no later than December, taking over from Anne Veiksaar who is leaving Assemblin.

The group management team also comprises Fredrik Althin (CEO Assemblin Electrical Engineering), Lennart Petersson (CEO Assemblin Heating & Sanitation), Håkan Ekvall (CEO Assemblin Ventilation), Torkil Skancke Hansen (CEO Assemblin Norway) and Magnus Eriksson (acting CEO Assemblin Finland).
