Assemblin’s operations are decentralised. The foundation of our business operations is our local branches, with expertise and resources that match local needs.

To avoid suboptimal choices and make use of synergies and economies of scale, we have a number of coordinating forums on regional and national level. Some questions are also handled by functions common to the entire company group, such as IT, economy/finance, legal, and communication/brand/sustainability. Dedicated procurement and HR functions are located in each Business Area but are coordinating common issues.
