Assemblin may then process any or all of the following personal data:

  • Employer

If you contact Assemblin by telephone, letter or e-mail, we may also store this correspondence, which may contain personal data.

Purpose and legal basis for handling

Assemblin processes your personal data in order for Assemblin to fulfil agreements concluded between you and Assemblin, or to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of the agreement (GDPR Article 6.1 b).

Assemblin also has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data to provide information and advertisements concerning Assemblin and the activities undertaken (GDPR Article 6.1 f). Recipients of personal data

Assemblin may permit personal data processors to process personal data by means of storage of information, as well as the operation and support of our systems. Personal data processors may also read, arrange as well as transfer personal data as instructed by Assemblin.

Personal data processors only store your personal data on servers that are within the EU-EEA borders and which are controlled by the personal data processor.

Assemblin may store advertisements and films with a personal data processor based in the USA. In the event that personal data is transferred to third countries, this will only be to a country for which the EU Commission has determined that an adequate level of protection is in place, or to another country if appropriate safeguards have been implemented in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, such as the signing of standardised data protection provisions. Transfer will only take place if Assemblin is able to ensure an essentially equivalent level of data protection as in the EU and EEA.

Assemblin will process your personal data on the basis of the agreements entered into during the term of the agreement and during the period thereafter necessary to fulfil all obligations under the agreement between you and Assemblin.

Assemblin will retain data which Assemblin is required by law to retain, during the time stipulated by law or decree by an authority, such as accounting materials.
