Assemblin reinforces its project management expertise through acquisition

In order to reinforce our expertise in coordinating and managing complex installation assignments, Assemblin acquires Projektuppdrag Syd AB. The company currently have eight employees.

Projektuppdrag Syd AB (“Projektuppdrag”) is a Malmö-based consultancy that since 1989 has worked with advanced project and construction administration, primarily in the construction sector. Its assignments include new construction and renovation of industrial properties, schools, offices, administrative buildings, hospitals and housing units as well as restoration of culturally and historically valuable buildings.

“We have worked with Projektuppdrag in various contexts, and we are impressed with their experience and competence. Our major multi-tech assignments require a high level of technical expertise as well as skilled professional coordination and project management, which we now can access. With this acquisition, we are taking a further step to become our customers’ preferred partner and the best installation company in the industry,” says Håkan Ekvall, Business Area Manager for Assemblin Ventilation.

Going forward, the ambition is for Projektuppdrag to continue to develop its operations and to grow.
