Assemblin strengthens its position in Örebro through the acquisition of heating and sanitation company Essén Rör AB
Assemblin VS has acquired Essén Rör AB, a well-run and well-established heating and sanitation company with annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million and 45 employees.
Essén Rör was founded in 1978 and is currently the largest heating and sanitation company in the Örebro region. The operations are split evenly between contract operations and service operations. Its customers consist primarily of construction companies, large and small property management companies, insurance companies and industrial companies as well as municipalities and county councils. About one third of its service assignments consist of framework agreements with major customers.

Essén Rör is an authorised HVAC company; all of its employees are “Säker Vatten” certified and several also have other specialised licenses.
