Assemblin VS expands its industrial services offering with the acquisition of Vantec System AB in Götene, Sweden
Assemblin has acquired the heating and sanitation company Vantec System AB (“Vantec”), which was founded in Götene in 2001 and currently has 16 employees and more than SEK 50 million in annual sales.
Vantec is a specialised and profitable heating and sanitation company focusing on industrial customers with specific requirements for cleanliness and precision, primarily within the food processing industry. The company performs planning and installation of processing equipment, including developing several specialised applications and tailored overall solutions for systems, such as dosage and raw material storage for the food processing industry based on its customers’ requirements.

Its focus on the food industry complements and expands our operations, which is why we are extremely pleased with this acquisition. Vantec’s operations are conducted primarily in and around Götene, but also at other sites in Sweden or Finland based on the strong customer relations Vantec enjoys. The company will continue its operations as an independent unit within Assemblin. Closing will take place on 1 January 2021.
