Assemblin El grows in the Karlstad area with the acquisition of TIS El
Assemblin El has acquired the well-renowned electrical engineering company TIS Tervell Installation och Service AB (TIS), with annual sales of approximately SEK 30 million and 24 employees in Karlstad, Sweden, and the surrounding area.
TIS was founded in 2004 and is today a customer-oriented electrical engineering company operating primarily in and around Karlstad. TIS offers flexible solutions and is particularly strong in service, but also has niche installation operations targeted towards local builders, smaller industries, property owners, new production of housing and private homes.
“TIS is an exciting electrical engineering company with employees who are recognised for their skills and with a good reputation in the local market. They have a different customer base and a higher share of service operations than our Karlstad branch currently has, which is why it will be complementary to our operations.
