Assemblin expands in security through acquisition of Säkra Fastigheter
Assemblin has acquired security company Säkra Fastigheter AB (“Säkra Fastigheter”) with 15 employees in Upplands Väsby, outside Stockholm, and annual sales of slightly more than SEK 30 million.
Säkra Fastigheter, which was founded in 2011, designs complete customised security solutions. The company currently comprises 15 dedicated security experts who design, install and maintain various security systems. The company offers services in alarms, locks, access systems, camera surveillance, fire alarms, emergency lighting, integrated systems, property systems, entrance intercoms and door automation, as well as information and booking systems. Customers include several housing companies, other enterprises, construction companies and tenant-owner housing associations.
