Assemblin H&S acquires reputable firm JW Rörservice
Assemblin H&S has acquired the heating and sanitation company J. Wretvall Rörservice AB (JW Rörservice) which employs 31 personnel in the Stockholm region across a range of specialisms.
JW Rörservice was founded in 1997 and operates across the greater Stockholm area. The company has annual sales of some SEK 90 million, and primarily provides heating and sanitation installations as project assignments, but it also has a small but dedicated service team in house. JW Rörservice has specialists in areas including energy technology, licensed welding (tig, black and orbital), as well as medical gases. The firm has a diversified customer portfolio comprising primarily small and medium-sized construction and real estate companies, as well as public sector operators.
