Acquisition expands Assemblin’s electrical engineering operations in Turku, Finland
Assemblin in Finland is acquiring the operations of electrical engineering company Sähköpalvelu J. Vainionpää Oy. With the acquisition, Assemblin is strengthening its position in Turku, expanding the current installation operations with additional electrical engineering expertise and approximately SEK 15 million in annual sales.
Sähköpalvelu J. Vainionpää Oy (“Sähköpalvelu J. Vainionpää”), which was founded in 1992, employs ten electricians and operates mainly in Turku and its environs in south-western Finland. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 15 million and works predominantly with electrical contracting in new production. Its customers include several construction and service companies such as YIT and Lehto.
