Acquisition expands Assemblin’s operations in Kristianstad
Assemblin Electrical has acquired the electrical operations of Secer AB (“Secer”) through an acquisition of assets. Secer, which has broad expertise in electrical engineering, has nine employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 15 million.
With offices in Kristianstad, in southern Sweden, Secer conducts installation projects as well as service assignments for electrical, automation, data and alarm systems. Customers include major local industrial and construction companies.
