Assemblin acquires Larmerud in Norway
Assemblin has acquired the Norwegian heating and sanitation company Larmerud rørservice AS (“Larmerud”) with 24 employees and annual sales of approximately NOK 41 million. The acquisition strengthens Assemblin’s position in central Østlandet.
Larmerud was established in 2001 but has roots dating back to 1948. The operations are based on Sofiemyr, where a full-range heating and sanitation store is maintained, but are also active in and around Oslo, Follo and Østfold. In addition to operating a full-range heating and sanitation store in Sofiemyr, the company conducts service operations and installation projects for companies and private individuals alike. One of Larmerud’s areas of specialisation is water and sewerage solutions for private homes lacking a municipal water supply.
For Assemblin Norway, which already maintains heating and sanitation operations in Oslo, Sarpsborg and Ski, the acquisition strengthens capacity in a region with a very high level of activity.

Larmerud has a stable customer portfolio and a well-stocked order backlog.
