Assemblin H&S strengthens its presence in Stockholm with acquisition of Samsons Rör
Assemblin has acquired heating and sanitation specialist Samsons Rör AB (“Samsons Rör”) with operations in Greater Stockholm, 43 employees and annual sales of nearly SEK 100 million.
Samsons Rör was established over 30 years ago and offers heating and sanitation services in contracting assignments, service assignments and high-pressure drain flushing. Operations are conducted throughout Greater Stockholm. Customers include major property companies, property owners and construction companies, such as JM, HSB, Fastighetsägarna and Jernhusen, as well as local companies in the Stockholm region, such as Zengun and Meason.
