Assemblin acquires heating & sanitation company in Kongsberg and Sigdal (Norway)
Assemblin Norway has acquired H&S specialist Rørlegger Strand & Co. AS with operations in Kongsberg and Sigdal, 19 employees and annual sales corresponding to approximately SEK 53 million.
Rørlegger Strand & Co. AS was established in 2006 and has since developed into a profitable, solid and strong local supplier of heating and sanitation technology to both companies and private sector in Kongsberg, Sigdal and Numedal. The project portfolio includes small and medium-sized projects, primarily within residential and leisure properties.
