Assemblin Electrical strengthens its position by acquiring the RA Group
Assemblin Electrical has acquired the electrical and security technology company RA Vision AB and subsidiaries (“RA Group”), with operations in central and southern Sweden. The RA Group has about 90 employees and annual sales of SEK 150 million.
The foundation for the RA Group was laid in 1997, and since then the group has developed, both organically and through acquisitions, into a stable and competent group offering complete electrical engineering and security solutions. Electrical installations accounts for approximately 75 percent of the business and perimeter security technology for 25 percent, with operations conducted from seven locations in central and southern Sweden.
The customer portfolio includes several reputable companies, mainly in retail, but also in the industrial, construction and real estate sectors. Several major customers operate nationwide retail networks, with the RA Group's mobile teams installing electrical and security systems in new stores and adapting existing locations.

The RA Group is owned by founder Robert Alriksson, who is also the group's CEO.
