Assemblin Electrical strengthens service operations in Västra Götaland (Sweden) through acquisition
Assemblin Electrical has acquired the service company Elservice Västra Götaland AB ("Elservice") with operations in Lidköping, an annual turnover of approximately SEK 30 million and 14 employees.
Elservice was founded in 2014 and is today a stable electrical service company with headquarter in Lidköping and operations in Västra Götaland (Sweden). Elservice offers electrical service and installation projects. The customer base mostly consists of construction companies, property owners and private individuals. The company mainly performs work in connection with renovations and new constructions of private homes, renovations of commercial premises and work on public buildings. The company also offers installations of solar cells, which has been a growing area over the past year.
"Elservice is a fine and reputable service company with loyal customers. Their business will be a good complement to our Lidköping branch, which is more niched towards contracting and security assignments. Together, we get a strong offer in electrical and security technology for customers in and around Lidköping.
