Ullevi Office Arena

Assemblin in Gothenburg was the total contractor for the heating and sanitation installations at Ullevi Office Arena in central Gothenburg. The complex comprises two buildings with eight and sixteen floors respectively.

The project is unique with its focus on energy-efficient solutions, which has enabled energy consumption of an estimated 35% below the norm for newly constructed buildings. This makes the building a Green Building, and it will also be certified to BREEAM standards. The premises will be flexible, with extensive opportunities to adapt the floor layouts to the tenants’ requirements. The flexibility also placed demands on flexible heating and sanitation installations. The total interior area of Ullevi Office Arena is 18,000 square metres.
