Our Code of Conduct and speak up-channel help us do things right
We strive to maintain a sound business climate and high business ethics. Our "Code of Conduct" and our "speak up" channel (whistleblower service) are important tools in this work.
Code of Conduct
Assemblin Caverion Group has a group-wide Code of Conduct that clarifies the ethical and moral approach throughout the business. It includes principles for business ethics issues such as anti-trust and anti-bribery and corruption, but also issues such as diversity, equality and inclusion as well as environmental issues.
To ensure that our subcontractors maintain the same high ethical standards as ourselves, there is also a "Code of Conduct" for our suppliers (applies to the entire supply chain).

Assemblin also has a Code of Conduct that applies to our suppliers.
Our "speak up" channel
The whistleblowing service shows our commitment to operate in a fair way and to act against unetchical behaviour, and also makes ethichal breaches less likely to occur in the first place. Through this channel, all employees, but also customer, suppliers and other external parties, can report suspected irregularites that negatively affect people, our organization, society or the environment.
Assemblin offers a safe service for anonomous reporting and dialogue. This service is managed by a third-party. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith. The speak up channel can be reached on any device, including smart phones. We recommend employees to access the channel from a devise not connected to our intranet.
