We have a well-developed apprenticeship system and a solid training programme, and the share of internal recruitment for managerial positions is high throughout the company group.

Hundreds of apprentices each year

Strengthening, elevating and promoting competent employees is one of our explicit ambitions. We are happy to invest in employees who show promise. Each business area has a well-structured apprentice programme through which hundred of persons pass each year. Many of the apprentices come to us straight from higher vocational education. 

A good training system

Each business unit has educational programmes for all employees, including both job-specific training, project manager training and broader leadership training. Our training courses are very popular and receive high marks in evaluations.
