The near-term science-based emissions reduction targets of Assemblin Caverion Group have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Setting science-based climate targets is a key part of Assemblin Caverion Group’s sustainability ambitions.
Assemblin Ventilation has acquired NewVent Norrköping AB (”NewVent”) through an asset deal. NewVent operates in Norrköping and Nyköping (Sweden), has seven employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 12 million.
Assemblin provides electrical installations in the new detention center for an order value of approximately SEK 59 million.
