On May 30, pro forma consolidated numbers for the combined group was published there. Next reporting is August 28 (for the period January-June 2024), which also will be published there.

Assemblin Ventilation has acquired Ventilationsfirma IM AB (“IM”), which has operations in Boden. IM generates annual sales of about SEK 25 million and has 11 employees.
